Vietnam 's first international hotel management group, Celadon International Hotels, has signed management agreements to run three hotels in Hue, the ancient capital and UNESCO-listed World Heritage city. The new Celadon Hotel Hue, the first hotel to come under the new company's branding, will be a superb 5-star property when it opens later this year. The group is also managing the 4-star Indochine Hotel, re-branded as the Hue Hotel, which is also undergoing ?designer-style? refurbishment and expansion from 68 rooms to 150 rooms this year, targeting mid-market business and leisure travelers. A third property now under Celadon's management is the 3-star River House a budget and backpacker hotel on the banks of Hue 's celebrated Perfume River. This hotel will be extended from 58 rooms to 150 rooms and refurbished in 2006/7. Once completed it will be a chic, trendy hotel for the budget conscious traveler.
