The Mountain View hotel is located in the center of the Sapa, at the corner of Sapa market & Cau may street, about 20 minutes walking to Catcat village & 10 minutes to Ham Rong Moutain. It takes 20 minute drive to Silver waterfall & 1 hour from Lao Cai station (40 km).
This Mountain View Hotel and Restaurant recently replaced an older hotel establishment that Mrs. Ninh Hong started in 1996 near the Sapa Market. Before going into the hotel business, Mrs. Hфng studied veterinary science at University near Hanoi. Missing Sapa, she returned and became its first female trekking guide.
