A resort will be built in the pine forest of Central Highlands province Lam Dong with estimated investment capital of 150 billion VND, reported local Tuoi Tre newspaper.
The resort, to be called Thung Lung Vang (Yellow Valley), will cover 170 hectares in the Suoi Vang area, 12 kilometers from Dalat city.
The project’s investor, Lam Dong Water Supply Company, will build 20 villas and gardens to grow common Dalat vegetables and flowers.
The resort will also have a section to exhibit sculptures. Construction is estimated to take five years to complete.
