A new tourism site called Sunrise-Resort at Cat Co 3 beach in Cat Ba town of Haiphong city has opened.
The resort, built by the Truong Binh Minh Company with a cost of VND 50 billion, includes a luxurious hotel, a multi-functional house and a swimming pool.
The company is expected to build three villa areas to attract more tourists to Cat Ba.
