A photo festival of northern mountainous province was opened on April 12 in Viet Tri town, Phu Tho province as one of the activities of the upcoming Hung King Temple Festival.
On display are 191 photos by 191 artists from 14 northern mountainous provinces of Bac Can, Bac Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc and Yen Bai.
Photos feature the love for the current life and the beauty of the natural scenes and people.
Seven silver medals were given to Nong Tu Tuong from Ha Giang, Hoang Lai from Hoa Binh, Chu Phuc from Vinh Phuc, Duong Thanh Hien from Ha Giang, Nguyen Tien Thang from Lang Son, The Hoang from Thai Nguyen and Viet Thang from Thu Pho.
Eight bronze medals and 10 consolation prizes were also presented to winners.
