All of your dishes is prepared by a local chef who is an expert in Hoian taste. Drink list is available with a wide range of choices of drinks including international alcohol and non-alcohol drinks, some kinds of wines, soft drinks, beers and cocktails... Hoian typical specialities: - Cao Lau: noodles with pork slices, bean sprouts and herbs. - White Rose: steamed rice dumplings with pork and shrimp inside. - Wonton: fried won ton, served with a salsa-like topping.

All rooms offer city, green field and yard view and was equipped with modern amenities such as Individual controlled air-conditioning, Satellite TV with international channels, Private bathroom with bathtub or shower, hot & cold shower, mini-bar, IDD telephone, Coffee/Tea making facilities, Safe box, Dressing/Working desk, Hair dryer (on request). The hotel has two types of rooms consisting of Superior and Family. Superior room is 25 square metre, Family room is 50 square metre.
