Hi Tony,
Would like to say A BIG THANK YOU to your experienced tour guide. Truly enjoyed my trip very much even with those rushing from the railway station to the airport.
Not forgetting the early hours we has to wake up.
Encounted some hipcups: -
1) aircon on Phoenix Crusier was not working. Managed to change to another room after the maintenance staff was able to repair it.
2) hushand and some others had there foot cut while taking a swim in Hailong Bay.
3) husband's stomach was bad and frequently visited the toilet from the food he took in Sapa. Managed to recover on last day in HCMC.
On the whole, trip was good. Will recommend your service to anyone who is keen to visit Vietnam.
Has planned to visit Dailat in the near future. Will keep in contact with you again.

Tony,
We have returned home to Australia with wonderful memories and passionate feelings for your country. Our trip was very well organised with all the areas we asked for covered.
Our only minor issue was on arrival in Saigon, we found we required more photos and information to enter the country. This we were not aware of and could have been completed in Australia there by streamlining the entry process.
Once past this, we enjoyed good hotels, skilful drivers and knowledgeable guides. Our days were filled with learning about Vietnam, its history, people and food. We felt very privileged to see as much as we did and to have an in site to the real Vietnam not just the tourist picture.
Our only disappointment was the litter we witnessed. Your country is very beautiful but spoilt by the presence of litter. Also your cities are wonderful, busy and colourful but again the litter took the shine off their beauty. We hope this is an issue Vietnam can rectify to become a truly wonderful tourist destination.
Please extend our thanks to your drivers and guides. We will be recommending you to our friends and suggesting they go to your country for their Asian holidays. We hope to return to Vietnam next year only this time to see the centre and North of your country. Please be assured we will be in contact with you to make the arrangements for our trip.

We have now returned to Melbourne after a fantastic holiday in your country.
It was so nice to meet you and thank you again for the coffee which we look forward to enjoying in the coming days.
I thought you may be interested to have a brief rundown on our trip which you so kindly and skilfully arranged for us.
Hanoi
Airport pick up waiting for us the 12 seat vans were ideal
Elegance 5 Hotel excellent room, restaurant, etc, staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time
City Tour our guide was wonderful, she was well informed and had a great sense of humour
Halong Bay
Trip down seemed very slow nearly 5 hours. Got left at mid way stop over for a very long time. (only 3 hours return trip to the hotel)
Jasmine Junk. After initial problem with the cabin ie. No room for the third bed in our cabin we had a fantastic time. The boat, food, staff, activities were all excellent. One of the highlights of our trip
Hoi An
Travel to Hoi An all went well. Transfers and plane trip all on time
Life Resort wonderful accommodation, again room, staff food, pool etc all first class
Cooking Class- Red Bridge. Also highlight of trip. This was the best organised day you could imagine. We will recommend to all our friends.
We arranged a day trip to Chan island for snorkelling. Also a great day.
Ho Chi Minh City
Travel to Ho Chi Minh all went well. Transfers and plane trip all on time
Grand Hotel good but we were spoilt by earlier great accommodation. Overall hotel needs a revamp including service and food.
Cu Chi Tunnels tour our tour guide Mr Thou was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mekong delta Tour
Tour down first class and again Mr Thou a delight to be with. All activities, boat rides, horse drawn carts, lunch etc were wonderful.
Victoria Hotel- Excellent in every way.
Tour back floating market a real experience, snake farm -we were shocked and saddened to see how the bears, monkeys etc were looked after.
Tony again thank you for organising our trip so well. We had a memorable holiday and look forward to a return trip in the not too distant future. We will have no hesitation in recommending you and ANZ travel to our friends.
